Background
Liz is a Certified Executive Coach and Strategic Global HR leader with over 30+ years experience in HR business partnering and organizational development within high growth technology companies like Apple and Adobe. She is known as a trusted advisor to VP and C-Level executives. She possesses a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and how to successfully navigate the matrix. She has worked with hundreds of executives, leadership teams and organizations to strengthen their impact to deliver strong results. She is passionate about working with individuals who are in key leadership transitions to partner and create a clear strategy and plan for success. She is committed to life-long learning.
She serves as the board chair for Kara a non-profit grief support agency based in Palo Alto, CA.

Liz earned her bachelors degree in Psychology and Human Development through Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). “Coach on Call” as a service works on a monthly fee as a retainer and provides clients the ability to arrange a call or face to face meeting anytime you need it. Often, this option works well for leaders who have completed a six month coaching engagement to continue their leadership journey in a flexible and just-in-time manner. The goal is to provide coaching support as a trusted advisor and thought partner in those key moments when clients need a sounding board to test their thinking and develop a solution.
